The dream lives
Alfonso Alvarez moved to Campbellsville in 2022 to become the head coach of the men’s volleyball team. “I was not sure that I wanted to work here,” he said. “I had a lot of questions. I wasn’t convinced I wanted to live in Kentucky, and I had a lot of doubts. But when I arrived on campus, the Lord gave me this peace that can only come from Him.”

In July, a group of students and staff from Campbellsville University will be going on a mission trip to Peru. During their stay, theywill be based near the city of Arequipa.
